Recipe Instructions:
- Mix flour, salt, and soda, set aside.
- Cream margarine, butter, sugars, and eggs (one at a time).
- Stir in flour, salt, and soda.
- Fold in kumquats and nuts.
- Place on waxed paper and form into rolls about two inches in diameter.
- Cover and seal with aluminum foil and freeze.
- Slice thin (1/4”).
- Place on greased cookie sheets and bake in pre-heated oven at 400⁰ for 10 minutes.
