Recipe Instructions:
- Combine first five ingredients in bowl and beat well.
- Add eggs one at a time beating well.
- Add lemon juice.
- Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 325⁰F for 45-50 minutes.
- Remove from pan and pour on glaze
Prepare glaze.
- 1 cup confectionery sugar.
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine.
- 1 tsp. lemon juice.
- ¼ cup kumquat puree.
- Combine ingredients and pour over cake.
