Recipe Instructions:
- Place boniato in a saucepan, cover with water and cook covered until tender.
- Drain liquid and add butter, onion and garlic, sauté until onion is clear and wilted.
- Stir in yogurt and skim milk and heat until warm.
- Add spring onion, parsley and dill and heat to serving temperature.
