Recipe Instructions:

  1. Combine butter, mushrooms, zucchini and garlic in 1-1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Cover and microwave at MEDIUM HIGH (70% power) for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once.
  3. Add flour, stirring until smooth.
  4. Gradually add chicken broth and half-and-half, stirring well.
  5. Microwave at HIGH for 4-1/2 to 6 minutes, stirring at 2-minute intervals, until thick and bubbly
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and pepper, and microwave at HIGH for 30 seconds or until the cheese melts.
  7. Serve over hot pasta.
