Recipe Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in skillet and add stock.
  2. Add mushrooms, toss until most of the liquid is evaporated or absorbed.
  3. Add burdock and stir 3 to 5 minutes over low heat.
  4. Serve hot as a side dish.
