This manual is intended to do two things: 1) to provide the details needed to make the Arusha windmill in areas for which this design or a variation of it may be appropriate. 2) to illustrate the feasibility of the development of machines which cost only 1/5 to 1/10 as much as roughly equivalent imported machines.
