The MicroStart Guide: Planning, Starting, and Managing a Microfinance Project has been developed as a means to help organizations and individuals who wish to initiate or strengthen their microfinance programmes. The team which developed the MicroStart Guide views it as a work in progress which will be revised and improved. It includes an evaluation section to seek the inputs of microfinance practitioners and will incorporate their comments and suggestions in future versions of the manual.
