This report provides information that decision makers would require in order to be able to decide if further investigation of the process is required through a comprehensive feasibility study which would fully consider local conditions, costs and site-specific factors. To this end, the report merely introduces and discusses the availability and suitability of various raw materials. Processes are then described and machinery and equipment availability and plant sizes are reviewed. Finally, general economic considerations are discussed and reference is made to further reading material.
