The information presented gives a basic understanding of organic farming and general instructions on soil care, how to make liquid manure and plant teas, how to buid and use an A-frame, how to buid a compost pile, crop rotation and crop planting systems, agroforestry, plant nurseries, natural methods of pest control, double digging for intensive kitchen gardening, indigenous crops, the orchard, water harvesting, animal husbandry, bee keeping.
