Recipe Instructions:

  1. Sauté garlic in oil until brown.
  2. Add onion
  3. Transfer to unglazed cooking pot.
  4. Add I cup pure coconut milk, winged beans, pigeon or Congo peas, yellow sweet potato, fish, and ginger.
  5.  Boil until half done.
  6. Add bell peppers and tomatoes.
  7. Season with salt and crushed pepper.
  8. Add rest of the coconut milk and moringa and boil for 5 minutes before serving.
