Seeds of Hope International Partnerships (SoHIP) demonstrates a multifaceted approach to development. We work holistically to build long-term relationships within the communities and we create real solutions that result in lasting transformation. SoHIP has developed the Healthy Home Initiative, which encourages and empowers families to adopt all the elements of a healthy home – clean water, proper sanitation and hygiene, nutrition, agriculture, and vocational skills development, aimed at increasing their quality of life.
