Recipe Instructions:
- In a bowl, coat legs with soy sauce and butter, sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.
- Place the legs in a 9x13 baking pan lined with foil.
- Pour remaining soy sauce mixture over the legs.
- Sprinkle oregano and lemon-herb spice over the legs.
- Bake at 375 ⁰F. for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
