Access to power and building local knowledge in rural Africa is enhancing education, agriculture, and economic growth. Examining the most efficient and affordable use of electricity and best practices through the lens of three case studies: 1) Implementing solar at a small village school project in Tanzania 2) Enhancing and stabilizing the power grid at a large rural campus focused on education and agriculture in western Uganda 3) Bringing renewable energy to the 100 Villages project in Madagascar.
