Neil Rowe Miller serves as an independent consultant based in the US.  He recently completed 10 years, based in Tanzania, as the head of a 5-person technical team supporting projects funded by the Canadian Food Grains Bank in sub-Saharan Africa. His career spans 40 years working with small-scale farmers in the developing world as well as consulting for large-scale commercial grain farmers in the U.S. and running a non-profit agriculture training farm in central Texas.
