Recipe Instructions:

  1. Boil chaya 10-15 minutes and throw out the water.  The water is toxic.
  2. Mix together Chaya, onion, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir the eggs into the milk and add to the Chaya mixture.
  4. Place in a greased glass casserole.
  5. Sprinkle the top with the bread crumbs and butter.
  6. Bake at 220⁰ for 15 minutes.
