Package options:

• Day Package^* (conference only, no hotel): Early Bird: 5,750 THB or 200 USD. Regular: 6,750 THB or 250 USD.
• Lodging Shared Room Package^* (conference registration, 4 nights hotel, breakfasts): Early Bird: 7,500 THB or 250 USD. Regular: 8,500 THB or 300 USD.
• Lodging Single Room Package^* (conference registration, 4 nights hotel, breakfasts): Early Bird: 9,750 THB or 325 USD. Regular: 10,750 THB or 375 USD.
• Spouse Package (4 nights hotel and breakfast, no conference): Early Bird: 2,250 THB or 75 USD. Regular: 3,250 THB or 125 USD.
• Banquet Only: ฿400 THB

^*These conference registration packets include: conference admission, lunch, and coffee breaks. Post-conference tours are also included, though some may require an additional charge.

Spouse/Follower Registration

If you will be bringing your spouse or a child with you and they would like to stay in the hotel but not attend the conference, you can register for a spouse/follower package. The Spouse/Follower package is 2,250THB or 75 USD for the Early Bird rate or 3,250THB or 125 USD for the Regular rate. This package includes four nights in the hotel (Oct 16, 17, 18, & 19), breakfast, as well as, the closing banquet meal. This package does not include conference attendence, nor lunch or dinner. 

In order to esure you get the correct rate please follow these guidelines:

• If you and your spouse both plan to attend the conference: you will need to each register separately and each request a "shared room" package.
• If only one of you will be attending the conference: then you only need one registration requesting one "shared room" package and one "spouse/follower" package.

For each additional person accompanying conference attendee(s): you will choose 1 "spouse/follower" package.

Please provide the names of your family members in the "special requests". This will also help with registration with the hotel.

If your children are very young please let us know so that we can check with the hotel about age restrictions

Payment Options

Payment may be made in THB by Bank Transfer for people with Thai Bank accounts.

Please transfer your payment to Bangkok Bank: Account Number: 253-4-41551-4, Account Name: มูลนิธิเอคโค่ เอเชีย ประเทศไทย or ECHO ASIA Thailand Foundation. After transfering funds, please email copy of funds transfer, your full name, email address, and gender to jribich@echonet.org. Optional information you might wish to include in your email: date of birth, Job Title, Organization, Location, and Special Requests.

Travel Recommendation:

You can check-in to the hotel and confrence on October 16 from 1500-1800. Hotel lodging is included in your conference package for 4 nights (October 16, 17, 18, & 19). You can check in to the hotel after 1800 on October 16, but you will need to register for conference the following morning between 0630-0800. The conference begins on October 17 at 08:00 am.

The conference ends on Friday, October 20, at 17:30 after the Site Visits. You can book your flight out that evening or stay at the hotel one additional night. Please email the Holiday Garden Hotel at info@holidaygardenhotel.com to book this final night. 

Additional Night(s) at Holiday Garden Resort:

If you wish to book extra nights at the hotel, this is possible. You will be eligible for the conference rate with breakfast. But you need to specify that you are a part of the ECHO Asia conference. Please contact the hotel directly for any additional bookings at: info@holidaygardenhotel.com.

Airport Ride Share:

If you would like to arrange a ride from the airport to Holiday Garden Resort, the hotel is offering a 1-way shuttle for 200 THB per person. If there is a group of 4-8 people, the cost is 600 THB per van. Additional Information

Poster Session

This will provide attendees with another way to share and exchange information. All are welcome to join! If you plan to attend the conference in October 2023, please consider creating a poster for display at the conference venue. Your poster can then  be viewed by other conference delegates at their leisure, as well as, at a designated time for poster presenters and other conference attendees to interact. There will be an opportunity during a late-afternoon or evening session to give a 5 minute oral summary of your poster and have a brief Q&A.

Night Bazaar & Affinity Groups

This late afternoon session is an informal time for participants to host a table and showcase their work via brochures, publications, artifacts, tools, etc.

This is a free event in addition to the paid resource fair and will only be available for this specified time. All are welcome and encouraged to bring something to share about your work in a meet-and-mingle type of venue. There will also be the ability to organize affinity groups during this time.

Sign-ups will be available during registration if you are interested in hosting at table during the Night Bazaar or coordinating the meeting of an affinity group.

Seed Swap

If you would like to participate in this session, please bring seeds to contribute! Feel free to collect varieties of seeds from your farm, garden, or neighbors to share what you think have merit or are special. We ask that you bring them in small bags (if possible 100-300g depending on the size of the seeds), that are labeled, and that the seeds are open pollinated (self-collected and able to be saved year after year).

You will have the chance to share about these seeds with other participants and bring home some of their seeds.

You can still purchase seeds at the conference as well.
