Recipe Instructions:
- Combine mashed peas, moringa leaves, shrimp, 1/2 of the beaten egg, 1 Tbsp flour, half onion.
- Season with white pepper and salt to taste.
- Mix well and form into small balls and fry.
- Sauté garlic and remaining onion.
- Add salt and shrimp juice and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add fried pea balls, papaya, winged bean and water.
- Bring to boil for 3 minutes.
- Add 1 Tbsp flour to the remaining beaten egg and add to mixture.
- Add peppers and salt to taste.
- Sprinkle with white pepper and serve hot.
