Recipe Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl beat eggs, sugar and oil.
  3. Fold in dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add kumquats, nuts and pineapple.
  5. Pour into greased and floured 10” tube pan.
  6. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in 350⁰ oven.
  7. Cool, remove from pan.
