The Strawberry tree is a fast growing evergreen tree to 13 m in height. The trees bear abundant small red berries that are eaten fresh. Strawberry trees are also used for landscaping and firewood.
Because the seeds are so small, we send out a few dehydrated fruit in each packet. Each fruit contains thousands of seeds. Rehydrate fruit in water and then squeeze pulp onto the top of the soil in a shallow pot. Water from the bottom of the pot to prevent scattering seeds.
