Recipe Instructions:

  1.  Heat the oil, add diced onion, cook for two minutes.
  2. Increase heat, add garlic and spices.
  3. Cook for two more minutes, stirring constantly.
  4.  Add one liter of water.
  5. Add chopped vegetables.
  6.  Simmer for 45 minutes, or less if your using a pressure cooker.
  7. More water, broth, milk or coconut milk may need to be added to get the texture you want.
  8. Use a blender to mix and get a delicious creamy soup. Good to eat cold or hot!
