Recipe Instructions:

  1. Grease glass lasagna pan.
  2. Fry sausage and drain off grease.
  3. Season sausage with salt and pepper and chili powder.
  4. Put cubed bread in lasagna pan.
  5. Mix milk, eggs and Italian spices and pour over bread cubes.
  6. Top with sausage and cheese.
  7.  Bake at 350 ⁰F.  for 15 minutes.
  8.  Let stand for 10 minutes until eggs set.
  9.  Note:  This can be refrigerated the night before.
