Recipe Instructions:

  1. Soak beans in water overnight.
  2. In pan cook beans in enough water to cover until soft.
  3. Coarsely mash half the beans by hand.
  4. Add the remaining whole beans and all the other ingredients
  5. Blend well          
  6. Cover and chill  
  7. Garnish with cilantro or parsley
  8. Makes about 2 or 3 cups of dip  
  9. Suggested dippers; Bok Choy, Tortillia Chips, Corn Bread Croutons
