Recipe Instructions:
- In a frying pan, sauté curry powder, onion and garlic in oil.
- Add tomatoes, pepper and water.
- Bring to a boil and add tofu.
- Reduce heat and cook 10 minutes.
- Serve over rice and garnish with peanuts and coconut.
