Presented By: Robert Pelant, DVM

Event: 2014 ECHO International Agriculture Conference (18.11.2014)

Animal agriculture – the integration of domesticated animals of all types with agriculture practices. Sustainable development – the overused and oftentimes misunderstood or misrepresented concept of “improving” something and having that last for a “long period of time”. Ecological restoration – the multi-faceted discipline of bringing health and balance back to damaged ecosystems. This talk will discuss and merge these three concepts citing practical examples from around the world. The overriding context of the talk will be reconciliation (Colossians 1:15-20) and how that gives us direction and hope for the future.
