Recipe Instructions:

  1. Fry & crush the seeds
  2. Mash the boiled potato
  3. Mix the two together
  4. Add salt, pepper & lime juice
  5. Heat 1 Tbsp oil and sauté curry leaves onion ginger & green chili
  6. Add winged bean potato mixture & cook for 2 minutes
  7. Form into any shape
  8. Make a batter with flour and water
  9. Dip cutlets in batter
  10. Coat with bread crumbs
  11. Deep fry and serve
