The goal of impact evaluation is to assess changes in people’s well-being that can be attributed to project interventions. Impact evaluation is important to learn as an organization in order to distinguish between what has worked well and what has perhaps not worked well, and in both cases, understanding the reasons why. Through this workshop, participants will gain a good understanding of what impact evaluation is, why it so important, and how it can be done. Participants can also share their stories and experiences alongside Dr. Pepijn, who will give examples of recent studies and research conducted by the World Vegetable Center.
