Session: We will discuss nutrient forms and sources in soils, the challenges posed by nutrient-depleted and acidic soils, and ways to restore and maintain soil fertility by judicious use of inputs and wise soil management. The presentation will include information on crop nutrient removal, organic and inorganic inputs for soil improvement, the 4R approach to nutrient management, conservation agriculture, and related topics.
