Recipe Instructions:

  1. Boil pigeon pea and winged bean and set aside.
  2. Grate papaya, add salt and let stand for 20 minutes; rinse thoroughly.
  3. Sauté garlic and onion.
  4. Add all other ingredients except moringa leaves.
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and cool.
