Recipe Instructions:

  1. Combine mashed peas, moringa leaves, shrimp, 1/2 of the beaten egg, 1 Tbsp flour, half onion.
  2. Season with white pepper and salt to taste.
  3. Mix well and form into small balls and fry.
  4. Sauté garlic and remaining onion.
  5. Add salt and shrimp juice and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Add fried pea balls, papaya, winged bean and water.
  7. Bring to boil for 3 minutes.
  8. Add 1 Tbsp flour to the remaining beaten egg and add to mixture.
  9.  Add peppers and salt to taste.
  10.  Sprinkle with white pepper and serve hot.
