Presenter: David Erickson, ECHO Chief Executive Officer, earned a Master's Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University and undergraduate concentrations in economics, political science and history. He founded the Samaritan Inns, refuges for people living on inner city streets. He has promoted ECHO since 2011.
