This book contains papers written by the speakers at the conference organized by the Centre for Tropical Veterinary Medicine. Discussion was not limited to milk production from cattle but also included milk production from other species such as sheep, goats and buffalo. Other aspects such as the use of milk production as a stimulus to employment, were covered.
