Yellow Fever is a disease caused by a virus that is transmitted to people through the bite of the female Aedes aegypti mosquito and other mosquito species. The symptoms of this disease are as follows: chills, fever, muscle aches, headache, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting. This video describes steps that can be taken to reduce the chances of contracting Yellow Fever.
Scientific Animations Without Borders (SAWBO) is a university based program. SAWBO transforms extension information on relevant topics such as agriculture, disease and women's empowerment, into 2D, 2.5D and 3D animations, which are then voice overlaid into a diversity of languages from around the world.
