This Resilience Design (RD) Facilitator’sGuide is a training tool that can be used to cascade the Resilience Design in Smallholder Farming Systems approach (RD approach). Facilitators should ideally have received prior training in the RD approach, agroecology, or agriculture before conducting an RD training session. It is also helpful for facilitators to have experience conducting large-scale field trainings and understand best practices for organizing such events.
