Recipe Instructions:
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet.
- Add the beans and stir-fry over moderate heat until almost tender, about 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry an additional minute.
- In a small bowl, combine the ginger, soy sauce, lime juice and brown sugar; stir until well blended.
- Add the soy sauce mixture to the beans and toss until the liquid is evaporated.
- Sprinkle with peanuts and serve hot.
