Recursos de gestión agrícola
El primer rasgo común de los buenos administradores es que tienen un sistema para organizar su trabajo. Los sistemas varían desde muy informales, como un bloc de notas con listas de “tareas”, hasta complejos programas de computadora sincronizados con un teléfono inteligente. La característica importante de cualquier sistema de este tipo es que le da al administrador una forma de almacenar y recuperar información fuera de su cabeza. Los mejores de estos sistemas no solo almacenan información, sino que también proporcionan un mecanismo de priorización y un medio para recordarle al administrador las tareas importantes y urgentes.
El siguiente rasgo común es la capacidad de comunicar claramente al equipo el qué, cómo, cuándo y por qué de las tareas que deben realizarse. Cuanto más compleja o sofisticada sea la tarea, más completa debe ser la explicación y mayor será la necesidad de procedimientos escritos adicionales para garantizar que los encargados de completar la tarea puedan disfrutar del éxito. El componente “por qué” de la comunicación es muy importante y, a menudo, se omite. Cuando los miembros del equipo saben por qué se está realizando una tarea, tienen un sentido de propósito que a menudo los inspira a explorar de manera creativa mejores formas de alcanzar ese objetivo.
